Fry the chicken on both sides with oil and garlic. After browning, remove from the pan and put into a covered baking dish. Cook until tender
Add more garlic to the fry pan and add ½ cup of stock, cream, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and tarragon leaves. Stir until thick.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the sauce and serve with roasted fennel and sweet potato.
