• 300 g Wild Rocket Or Normal Rocket

  • 1 Pear Sliced thinly - core removed

  • 80 g Parmesan Shaved

  • Juice of 1 Lemon

  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper


  • 1.

    Wash the rocket leaves gently and drain

  • 2.

    Place into a mixing and bowl

  • 3.

    Add in the pear slices, salt, pepper, lemon juice and oil.

  • 4.

    Mix gently so as not to bruise the leaves.

  • 5.

    Place into a serving bowl and place the Parmesan over the top
