Oven preheated to 180°C
Spread the prosciutto slices with blue cheese
Brush the grissini sticks with melted quince paste, then wrap with prosciutto
Put the sticks on a lightly greased wire tray and bake for 10 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy
Serve with an accompaniment of green olives
