A variation on the classic Choc Balls!


  • 125gm Philly Cream Cheese, softened

  • 150gm Marie Biscuits, crushed

  • .5 cup condensed milk (or .5 x 400gm tin.)

  • 3 tablespoons dessicated coconut

  • 1 lemon, zested

  • extra coconut for rolling.


  • 1.

    Beat together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.

  • 2.

    Add coconut, crushed biscuits and lemon zest, mix well.

  • 3.

    Roll into walnut sized balls and roll in extra coconut.

  • 4.

    Chill until firm.


You can leave out the lemon for more of a 'cheesecake' flavour.
