I created this recipe after reading a book set in Jordan called "Forbidden Love". Many meals were basically described but not in recipe detail. So I made this one up & its delicious!
Cut chicken into large bite size pieces.
Coat chicken in spices and leave for 1/2 hr or so.
Brown chicken in a little oil.
Add chopped shallots.
Stir fry until shallots just start to go soft & are bright green.
Return chicken to pan and sitr until chicken is about 2 min from being cooked.
Add chopped bok choy.
Meanwhile, in another pan heat yoghurt but do not boil.
Once hot, add to chicken & stir through.
Serve with boiled or steamed rice
