Cut your fig into quarters
Slice your slice of prosciutto lengthways in two
Place a grissini stick on each piece of prosciutto at the end
Place your fig quarter nest to the stick
Then one quarter of your blue cheese nest to the fig
Tear 1 basil leaf in half and place on the cheese
Place a few rocket leaves next to the basil
Wrap up like a roll until you get to the middle and start again with the fig, cheese, basil & rocket.
Roll until you have a parcel with the stick hanging out the ends.
Place onto a plate and drizzle with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with salt & pepper.
