Green Figs with Blue cheese, prosciutto Italian Grissini sticks.


  • 1 fig

  • 1 Slice prosciutto

  • 2 grissini sticks

  • 1 Blue cheese I like "Shadows of Blue" from Victoria

  • 2 basil leaves

  • Some Rocket

  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar Aged is better

  • Salt & Pepper


  • 1.

    Cut your fig into quarters

  • 2.

    Slice your slice of prosciutto lengthways in two

  • 3.

    Place a grissini stick on each piece of prosciutto at the end

  • 4.

    Place your fig quarter nest to the stick

  • 5.

    Then one quarter of your blue cheese nest to the fig

  • 6.

    Tear 1 basil leaf in half and place on the cheese

  • 7.

    Place a few rocket leaves next to the basil

  • 8.

    Wrap up like a roll until you get to the middle and start again with the fig, cheese, basil & rocket.

  • 9.

    Roll until you have a parcel with the stick hanging out the ends.

  • 10.

    Place onto a plate and drizzle with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with salt & pepper.

I love this one it's simple and easy to make but it taste great
