Line a 13” X 9” pan with foil.

4. Combine the first three ingredients in a small saucepan.

1. Melt the Butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat.

7. Stir in Marshmallow Fluff, Peanut Butter and Vanilla.

1. Combine Caramels and Cream in a saucepan.

2. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.

3. Cook and stir 4 minutes longer.

5. Chill until set.

Icing;

1. In another saucepan, combine Chips and Peanut Butter.

2. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.

3. Pour over Caramel Layer.

4. Chill for at least 4 hours.

5. Remove from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cutting.

6. Remove from the pan and cut into 1 inch squares.
