This recipe is for a mushy, creamy, bacony, cheesey potato salad. This salad is a family favourite, and is soooo yummy, people are always coming back for 2nds, 3rds, 4ths etc
Place potatoes, bacon, cheese, eggs, mayo & spring onions in a bowl. Mix well together, not too roughly or you'll end up with mashed potatoes!
When combined, place in a serving dish. Garbish with slivers of spring onions.
