The Smoky Pizza

Makes a 12” pizza (approx 8 slices)

Ingredients

  • 180g pizza dough rolled thinly to fit 12” round , flat tray

  • 60g Prontofresco Tomato pizza sauce

  • 50g Mozzarella Cheese

  • 120g Mettwurst

  • 120g Lachsschinken

  • 6 Shallots

  • 140g Double smoked bacon

  • 60g Smoked Chicken

Method

  • 1.

    Cover the dough base with tomato sauce.

  • 2.

    Arrange smoked chicken, Mettwurst, Lachsschinken & Cheese

  • 3.

    Cut shallots into rings and place over the top.

  • 4.

    With the final meat product being thinly sliced strips of double

  • 5.

    Smoked bacon.

  • 6.

    Cook at 250°C for 7 minutes and 50 seconds.

  • 7.

    Slice & Serve!!
