  • Nori (Seaweed)

  • Double Smoked Ham

  • Gouda cheese

  • Tomato

  • Cucumber

  • Coriander

  • Black Pepper


  • 1.

    Deseed Tomato, cut up to thin slices. Slice cucumber to thin long pieces, also cut up coriander to small pieces.

  • 2.

    Cut Gouda cheese into rectangular prism shape, keep aside for later use. Also slice some Gouda cheese in pieces.

  • 3.

    Place sliced gouda cheese on the double Smoked Ham, into the oven until cheese melts.

  • 4.

    Place nori (seaweed) on a clean bench, rough side up, firstly placed grilled ham and cheese on the nori, then sliced cucumber, tomato, rectangular prism gouda cheese, sprinkle coriander and season with black pepper.

  • 5.

    Carefully roll the nori up into cylinder shape, cut up to equal bite sizes, and ready to enjoy the light snack
