Add eggs and vegetables to packet noodles for a super cheap, quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt chicken 2-min noodles

  • 1/4 c frozen corn

  • 1/4 c frozen peas

  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 2 tsp oil

  • fountain sweet chilli sauce, to serve (optional)

Method

  • 1.

    Place 2-min noodles and flavour sache in mocrowave safe bowl with peas and corn

  • 2.

    Pour over enough boiling water to cover, cook in microwave for 2-mins

  • 3.

    Lightly whisk 3 eggs, set aside.

  • 4.

    Heat fry-pan with oil.

  • 5.

    Drain noodles and add to pan, fry for 1-2 mins.

  • 6.

    Add egga mix and stir until set.

  • 7.

    Transfer to a bowl and drizzle over sweet chilli sauce, if using
