Once you've had this fried rice, you'll want it again and again and again!
Chop and prepeare all ingredients.
Cook rice for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat wok over high heat and add 2 tsp peanut oil and add egg (omlet). Cook for one minutes or until nearly cooked through. Remove omlet from wok and transfer onto plate. ROll up and cut into strips.
Add 1Tbsp peanut Oil add Chicken and cook for about 4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from pan and transfer onto plate lined with paper towel.
Add remaining oil and add, capsicums, carrot and bacon. Cook for 4 minutes until cooked through but still slightly crunchy. Add peas and half of the shallots and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Lastly add half of the omlet, chicken, rice and sauce. Stir til all combined and rice is covered with sauce.
Serve in bowls and top with remaining omlet ans shallots. ENJOY!
