Try this easy recipe for mushrooms sautéed in a balsamic vinegar, garlic, olive oil and brown sugar marinade.
Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, brown sugar & sweet chilli sauce in a screw top jar & shake to combine.
Place mushrooms in a large bowl, pour in the vinegar mixture & toss well to combine.
Spoon the mushrooms & marinadeinto a greased baking dish & roast for 20 - 25 minutes tossing twice during cooking or until tender.
Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
