Light and exotic classic rice paper roll full of fresh and healthy ingredients


  • 1/2 Crispy Chinese Roasted Duck, shredded

  • 200g Rice Vermicelli

  • 1 Spring Onion, julienned

  • 1 Cucumber cut into thin lengths, seeds rremoved

  • 1/3 cup Hoisin sauce

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp peanuts, crushed

  • 1 Bunch Coriander sprigs

  • 10 Rice Paer Rolls, prepared and ready


  • 1.

    Mix the peanut butter, with the hoisin sauce in a bowl add a little water if to thick and mix until smooth and saucy.

  • 2.

    Lay the rice paper rolls out and place some duck, vermicelli, spring onion, cucumber, crushed peanuts, coriander sprig and spoon on some sauce and roll into a tight roll and serve.


Serve with sauce on the side if you wish to leave it out of the roll
