  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1/4 cup onion, grated

  • 2 tsp lime juice

  • 1 tomato, finely chopped

  • salt

  • pepper

  • Garnish - 1 cup tomato, chopped


  • 1.

    Mash the avocado.

  • 2.

    Mix in the onion, lime juice, chopped tomato, salt, and pepper.

  • 3.

    Use 1 cup chopped tomato for garnish.
