A Traditional Thai Favorite


  • 1 Cup Well-Rinse Harvest Jasmine Rice

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Milk

  • 5 Slices Peeled Fresh Ginger

  • 1 Tsp. Salt


  • 1.

    Bring To Boil Water, Coconut Milk, Ginger Slices, And Salt. Add Rice,

  • 2.

    Cover And Reduce Heat. Simmer For 20 Minutes. Remove From Heat And Let

  • 3.

    Stand For An Additional 7 Minutes. Fluff With A Fork.
