Cheap, Quick & easy. Use the left over Vegetables from the night before if you like.


  • 1/4 Cup Chopped White Onion

  • 1 Tbs. Chopped Fresh Garlic

  • 350g. Fresh, Frozen Or Left over Mixed Vegetables

  • 3 Tbs. Vegetable Oil Or Butter 1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 Tbs.(Palm) Sugar or Brown Sugar (Optional)

  • 3 Tbs. Oyster Sauce Or Fish Sauce

  • 2 Cups Cooked Jasmine Rice


  • 1.

    Brown Onion And Garlic In Oil Or Butter. Add Remaining Ingredients And

    Simmer For 10-15 Minutes.
