Thai Green Curry With Basil

Quick easy Thai use Chicken,Fish or Vegetables.


  • 1 400g. Can Coconut Milk

  • 1 To 4 Tbs. Green Curry Paste (4 Tbs. Is Spicy)

  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock

  • 2/3 Tbs. Fish Sauce

  • 2 Tbs. (Palm) Sugar or Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves, Chopped (Do Not Substitute Dried)

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Or Frozen Peas

  • 1/3 Cup Or 225g Can Sliced Bamboo Shoots, Rinsed And Drained

  • 350g.White Meat Chicken, Fish Or Assorted Vegetables

  • Fresh Cilantro Or Garnish


  • 1.

    Bring To Boil can of Coconut Milk, Curry Paste, Stock, Fish Sauce, Sugar And

  • 2.

    Basil. Simmer 15 Minutes. Add Remaining Ingredients, Including Remaining

  • 3.

    Coconut Milk. Simmer 10 Minutes. Garnish With Cilantro.


Serve with
Jasmine Or Other Rice.
