Ingredients

  • 2-3 Tbs. Oil For Stir Frying

  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic

  • 2 Tbs. Red Chili Paste or 2Tbs. Chili Powder

  • 1 Tbs. Brown Sugar Or (Palm) Sugar

  • 1-2 Tbs. Fish Sauce (To Taste)

  • 350g. Assorted Fresh Vegetable (I.E. Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Snow Peas)

Method

  • 1.

    In Hot Wok Or Skillet, Heat Oil And Saute Garlic To Golden Brown Color.

  • 2.

    Add Roasted Red Chili Paste, Sugar And Fish Sauce And Stir Fry On Medium

  • 3.

    Heat For 30 Seconds. Then Add Vegetables And Cook On High Heat Until

  • 4.

    Vegetables Are Lightly Brown.
