An easy salad and could be used as a main course

Ingredients

  • 400g any kind of pasta

  • 1 tin oiled tuna

  • 1 can whole sweet corn

  • 2 table spoon mayo

  • 1 medium sized onion, chopped

  • 1 medium sized green bell pepper, chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • 1.

    Boil pasta in water till aldante

  • 2.

    In a bowl add tuna without the oil, corn, onion and green pepper and mix

  • 3.

    Add mayo, salt and pepper mix well

  • 4.

    Pour over cooked pasta and mix

  • 5.

    Chill at least 1 hour in the fridge
