5 Minute Super Meal

buy a few packets of the dried noodles, they cost only 20c a packet over here, boil them up, add pan fried veges, sweet soy sauce, add sweet soy sauce to the noodles when you have drained them , chop some strips of bbq grilled chicken also with a dash of soy sauce, on the plate add the noodles and the strips to the top with some thinly cut lettuce for a great cheap meal, you can make bulk of this, and kids love it

Ingredients

  • 5 packets of 2 minute noodles chicken flav

  • 3 red onions

  • 1/3 lettuce

  • chicken breast x 2

  • olive oil for frying veges

  • sweet soy sauce, a good few dashes

  • strips of carrots

  • green peas

Method

  • 1.

    Boil noodles

  • 2.

    Fry your chicken breasts with soy sauce splash

  • 3.

    Fry your veges, add the sweet soy separately

  • 4.

    Toss them all together

  • 5.

    Add the bit of salad to the side after you WASH THE LETTUCE well

  • 6.

    And bobs your uncle
