Boil the cow belly in hot water,NB: add salt in the water when meat is almost done.
Remove ready meat from the bullion and when is cold cut to small chunks.
Inside the belly bullion add the ready boiled, still hot milk, as the same of the bullion mil.grams amount.
Then return the meat chunks inside the soup.
In fry pan use 2 tbsp.butter and sweat the grind carrot and onion.Add inside the bullion.
In 1tbsp.butter fry 1tbsp.paprika ,and when sweet AROMA comes out add one big spoon of the ready bullion to mix.
Add all back in the pot ,stir well and leave to boil for 5-7 min more.
Serve hot and add mixed crushed garlic and 2-3tbsp.apple cider or other vinegar.Sprinkle crashed red chillion the top of each cup...
