Cheap,quick and easy ....but taste gorgeous,winter time is the best for this soulfood,not low in fat but Awesome...

Ingredients

  • 1kg.cow belly,1carrot,1 large onion,full fat cow milk,red pepper/paprika,3tbsp.butter

  • to serve:garlic ,vinegar and crushed chillies

Method

  • 1.

    Boil the cow belly in hot water,NB: add salt in the water when meat is almost done.

  • 2.

    Remove ready meat from the bullion and when is cold cut to small chunks.

  • 3.

    Inside the belly bullion add the ready boiled, still hot milk, as the same of the bullion mil.grams amount.

  • 4.

    Then return the meat chunks inside the soup.

  • 5.

    In fry pan use 2 tbsp.butter and sweat the grind carrot and onion.Add inside the bullion.

  • 6.

    In 1tbsp.butter fry 1tbsp.paprika ,and when sweet AROMA comes out add one big spoon of the ready bullion to mix.

  • 7.

    Add all back in the pot ,stir well and leave to boil for 5-7 min more.

  • 8.

    Serve hot and add mixed crushed garlic and 2-3tbsp.apple cider or other vinegar.Sprinkle crashed red chillion the top of each cup...
