A delicious chilled drink featuring the classic cream-based liqueur Baileys topped with crushed ice.


  • 3 ice cubes

  • 50ml of Baileys


  • 1.

    Wrap some ice cubes in a clean tea-towel

  • 2.

    Ensure the ice is securely wrapped and hold the bundle over a stable surface

  • 3.

    Crush the ice cubes by striking the bundle with a rolling pin or heavy utensil

  • 4.

    Pour the crushed ice into a large glass

  • 5.

    Pour over 50ml of Baileys


Each serving contains 0.67 standard drinks

Tip:Don’t put too much ice in your tea towel or it may be awkward to crush.
