An indulgent hot drink featuring a combination of the classic cream-based liqueur Baileys with milk and dark chocolate.


  • 300ml of milk

  • 25g of dark chocolate

  • 50ml of Baileys Irish Cream


  • 1.

    Boil 300ml of milk

  • 2.

    Pour half the milk into a jug with 25g of dark chocolate

  • 3.

    Leave to soften and whisk until smooth

  • 4.

    Add 50ml of Baileys and the rest of the milk

  • 5.

    Whisk again

  • 6.

    Pour in to two heatproof glasses

  • 7.

    Top with whipped cream and chocolate curls
