Fresh cooked yabbies are tossed with herbs, onion and squeezed lime for this incredible salad that will excite your taste buds!
Clip the herbs and add to a plate.
Cook the yabbies in a fish stock then peel and add to the herb salad.
Shave some spring onion on top, and then add some finely sliced chilli.
For the dressing, grate the palm sugar in a bowl and add the fresh lime juice and fish sauce to taste.
Drizzle the dressing on top of the yabbie salad. Yum!
