Make this favourite Caribbean comfort food for a different take on warming winter stews.
Add one cup of yoghurt into a blender together with 2 table spoons of almond flakes, 2 medium onions cut into quarters and a pinch of chopped ginger.
Blend the ingredients until nice and creamy.
Pour the mix into a medium size pot.
Add the diced lean goat into the pot with salt, pepper, coriander and cardamom.
Pour 350 mil of thick cream into the pot as well.
Place the pot on the stove, stir until mixed then place on the lid.
Cook on a very low heat for about one and a half hours.
After forty five minutes add 4 chopped up potatoes until cooked.
