This recipe uses an egg, a slice of round processed ham, cheese, and any topping you desire.
It can be eaten hot as a quick meaL or cold and is great on picnics or school lunches.
A short time in a microwave and away you go.


  • One Egg, one slice of processed round ham, grated cheese and toppings to your choice.


  • 1.

    Take a slice of processed ham, place it on a cup saucer, then put it in a microwave oven. ( giving it a bowl shape )

  • 2.

    Microwave for around 20 seconds to make it take on the shape.

  • 3.

    Remove from Microwave, crack an egg into it.

  • 4.

    Prick the yolk to stop it exploding.

  • 5.

    Top with grated cheese and any other topping you may like.

  • 6.

    Place back into the microwave and cook for around 90 seconds. ( depending on the oven ).
