You can use any fruit for these little skewers as long as it will stay on a stick! Try banana slices, pineapple pieces or mandarin segments. This is a great recipe to get your children and their friends into the kitchen, making up their own healthy snack.
Thread fruit onto small cocktail sticks or onto halved bamboo skewers, alternating the fruit varieties, so that each stick has one of each.
Serve with a bowl of yoghurt or fromage frais to dip the “kebabs” into.
