Start your child’s day off with a healthy bang with this fruit and calcium filled smoothie


  • 3 strawberries, tops removed

  • ½ mango, peeled and chopped

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 orange, squeezed

  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt

  • 6 ice cubes, optional


  • 1.

    Blend all fruit and yoghurt ingredients in your blender.

  • 2.

    If you are adding the ice cubes do so at the end and blend until foamy.
