This is a savoury muffin mix that you can add any vegies, cheese, meat or spices too. You can also turn it into sweet muffins.
Simply mix all the ingredients together but do not over mix the mixture. Then fold in the fruit or vegies that you wish to use.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Fill your muffin cases or muffin pan 3/4 full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
Sever Hot or Cold.
