If you like Tim Tams, and you like cheesecake - this is one to die for and you can adjust it to your own Tim Tam flavour preferences.
Place cookies and cream Tim Tams in a food processor and process in to crumbs.
Add the butter and combine.
Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth, then beat in the cream.
Stir in the gelatine and melted chocolate unto the cream cheese mixture.
Crush the remaining biscuits and stir into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour over the Tim Tam base.
Cover and refrigerate until set.
