Blend dry ingredients with oil, mix and marinate prawns at least 2 hours.
Heat wok with 2 tbls oil till smoking, toss in vegetables, turn after 45 seconds, toss in prawns and cook till the prawns are heated through.
Serve on sizzle plater accompanied with guacamole, thinly sliced iceberg lettuce, salsa, sour cream, Mexican herbed rice & warmed flour tortillas.
