• 6 oz Butter

  • 3 cups of Brown Sugar

  • 3.5 tblsp of Coconut

  • 1.5 cups of Plain Flour

  • 3 tsp of Cocoa

  • 3 Weet Bix

  • 1.5 tsp of Baking Powder


  • 1.

    Put all ingredients except butter into a bowl.

  • 2.

    Melt butter and then add to other ingredients.

  • 3.

    Stir well.

  • 4.

    Bake in Swiss Roll Tin at 175C for 15- 20 mins.


Serve with whipped cream.
