This is a simple way to have meat. BBQ it, cook it in a pan or even over a open wood fire, pour over some chopped parsley and evoo and a squeeze of lemon juice. This is also great with some onion rings or a nice lettuce leaf salad.
Seaon your steak with EVOO and salt. Simply cook the steak to your likening. Then let rest for half the cooking time. While resting place parlsy ontop and a little EVOO and a squeeze of lemon juice. Once rested place Steaks on a plate and pour over the juices from the resting tray. Season with salt and youre done. A nice crushed kipfler potaot salad would be great with this.
