Yummy Filled Cob Dip Loaf
Remove the top of the loaf and dig out the bread inside place on a baking tray and spray with cooking oil.
Heat butter in a pan add bacon, onion, garlic and cook for 5 mins till cooked and browned, add the chicken. cook 5 mins till cooked through.
Add the mushies and corn kernals and cook for a min or so, add the cream cheese and cook on a medium heat to melt the cream cheese and stir the mixture well...... add some chopped chives.
Then i do this but you dont have to- add 3/4 cup grated vintage cheese to the mix before filling the loaf.
Then top with mixed parmesan and any other cheese you like
Also put the other ripped up loaf in to bake
Bake for about 15 mins at 180 xxxxx
Hope u like it its one i crank out for picky family and friends and then just leave out stuff they dont like i find the basic corn chicken onion bacon and cheese one is the most famous.
