A nice winters day meal


  • 1-2 tins of of tined tomatos

  • A good sprinkle of Salt and pepper

  • A good bunch of parsely and basil

  • A cup of chicken stock, salt reduced

  • 1/2 a cup of water

  • A nob of cooking butter/maragrine

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

  • A whole onion


  • 1.

    Put the nob of butter, the garlic and the onion into the pot to fry of for a little nit

  • 2.

    2The add the tomatoes to the pot with the the onoin and garlic, After the tomatos have cooked done a little bit add the stock, water and the parsely and basil,

  • 3.

    Season the soup and then turn down the heat and leat it simmer for about an hour

  • 4.

    Put the soup through the blender/processor to become a nice consistancy.

  • 5.

    You can put a leaf of basil or parsely for garnish if you wish
