Its a simple, classy and yummy treat that everyone will enjoy
As you are melting the choclate, whisk the cream until it is almost ready to hold its peak.
When melting the choclate add the butter/margarine.
When the choclate is completly melted add the choclate to the cream quickley, but not all at the one time.
Then put the moouse into little containers and put it into the fridge or about an hour to 2 hours.
Before serving if you would like garnish with some dark choclate
* You can use white chocolate or make a marble moouse
* Depending on the size of container i cant give you a good rough idea of servings.
