I've posted my big, takes a long time to make bolognaise sauce, and as promised, here's my quick version!
Saute the onions and garlic - when cooked, add mince and brown well.
Once browned, add herbs and tomato paste. Cook well.
Add tinned tomatoes and stir through. If a little dry, add some stock.
Bring to the boil and turn down heat to a rapid simmer - stir regularly, tasting for seasoning.
Cook for 20mins, serving with pasta of choice.
* This is the quick version - you can have spaghetti bolognaise on the table in 30mins! * Add chilli flakes for a little bite!
