Sometimes when we're in a rush, we don't have a lot of time to prepare a wonderful, rich and fanastic dessert - here's a shortcut I have developed!
Find 4 glasses - preferably tall and wide enough for a spoon - I use wine glasses.
Crumble the merigues into pieces
Place a tablespoon of yoghurt on the bottom of the glass, cover with some merigue and berries. Next, some of the other flavour yoghurt, berries and meringue.
Keep layering until you read the top of the glass where it is finished with a berries.
Refrigerate until serving time - top with last minute meringues.
If you have time, decorate the inside of the glass with a coulee-type sauce to make a pattern.
