For food lovers who enjoy the good things in life – even if you don’t like cauliflower you will love this one


  • Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise.

  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard.

  • 1 teaspoon onion, minced.

  • 3/4 cup shredded Tasty Cheddar cheese.


  • 1.

    Wash, trim and core the cauliflower.

  • 2.

    Steam or boil in until fork tender. Drain well.

  • 3.

    Combine mayonnaise, mustard and minced onion in a separate bowl.

  • 4.

    Put into a baking dish and spread combined mixture over cauliflower.

  • 5.

    Sprinkle with a generous amount of shredded tasty Cheddar cheese.

  • 6.

    Bake uncovered, in oven until the cheese is golden.
