Nice smooth soup with slight taste of crab,
you can elimate crab meat if required....
Saute onion, garlic, peppercorn
Add pumpkin and saute for a further 2 mins
Add chicken stock coconut bring to boil.
Add sugar, tom yung paste and crab meat and
Simmer for another 10 mins- Allow to cool
Place all into blender and blend till smooth.
Heat when required......
Add more paste if you like your thai soup spicy !!
