easy and delicous


  • 2 x cups selfraising flour

  • 1/2 x cup sugar

  • 50g x butter melted

  • 3 x each egg yolks

  • 3 x each egg whites whipped

  • 1 x t spoon baking

  • 1 x t spoon good vanilla extract

  • 100 - 200ml x milk


  • 1.

    Mix sugar flour and baking powder together

  • 2.

    Add egg yolks and enough milk to give a nice thick batter

  • 3.

    Add vanilla and melted butter beat untill smooth

  • 4.

    Beat in egg whites which should loosen the mix to achieve dropping consistancy

  • 5.

    On a medium heat warm a non stick pan with a little oil

  • 6.

    Drop the pancake mix in spoonfull at a time

  • 7.

    Cook gently when puff slightly and the raw side starts to bubble flip over and continue cooking

  • 8.

    Once cooked keep warm and continue process untill all the mix is used

  • 9.

    Served with bacon,icecream,maple syrup or cream or all of them!


use long life full cream milk it cooks better
