A Winter Warmer
Cut 4 large carrots and half bunch of celery, add 2 ltrs of vegetable stock and 2 ltrs of full cream milk, cook for atleast 1 hour.
Let it cool and blend it all.
Cut the top off the cobb loaf and remove all bread inside, place in oven for 10 minutes.
Put the blend in a big pot.
Add cut fish, 4 scallops, 4 prawns, 6 mussels and a little cream cook for 5 minutes.
Turn stove off.
Score squid and put in.
Spring onion for garnish.
Pour into the cobb loaf and serve YUM YUM YUM
