Low Fat, delicious and fresh.
Put a large pot of salted water on to boil. Once boiling, add the spaghetti and cook until al dente
Heat a little olive oil in a frypan, add the crushed garlic and diced onion.
Cook until the onion is translucent. Add the bacon and cook until slightly browned.
Add the tomato and cook gently until slightly collapsed. Turn off the pan. Drain the spaghetti.
Also drain the pink salmon and flake it into small sized pieces. Toss the salmon into the frypan and the drained pasta. Toss gently and serve with chopped parsley and fresh crusty bread
