For a quick chocolate fix when it’s cold and bleary. Great with a strong Cafe Latte for breakfast/brunch.
Spread bread with chocolate spread, avoiding sides/crusts. Thinly slice the banana, and place a layer of slices on the bread, on the chocolate side. Compile sandwich.
Cook the sandwich by toasting in a café press, until squashed flat and warmed through. Lightly spread the outside with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and icing sugar.
