A delicious and warming dish to have during cold Winiter nights for the whole family.
Stir beef, flour and salt in a 2 litre casserole dish until beef is coated. Add
Microwave, covered at HIGH (100%) for 5 minutes. Reduce power to
Medium, (50%). Microwave until beef is tender, 50 minutes to 1 hour, 2 or
3 times during cooking. Let stand for 5 - 10 minutes. Serve over rice or
noodles if desired.
