This is sort like slaw meets waldorf salad
Makes about 6 cups
Whisk all ingredients for dressing and season lightly. Toss cabbage, green onion, raisins and walnuts with dressing and adjust seasoning.
Build 6 cones with triangles of parchment paper and place each in a cup (for easy filling). Spoon slaw into each and fold over to seal. Kepp chilled until ready to pack on a picnic.
You can eat the slaw out of the cup with or without forks.
