• 500g chocolate, melted

  • 200g marshmallows

  • 100g milk arrowroot biscuits

  • 100g red glace cherries, halved


  • 1.

    Roughly chop marshmallows and biscuits.

  • 2.

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  • 3.

    Pour mixture into a greased and lined slice tin and refrigerate until the slice is set (approximately 3 hours).


This slice will keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
