BBQ PORK RIBS What more could you Ask For :)


  • 1 Rack or Half Rack of Pork ribs

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 2 pods garlic, pressed

  • 1 Tbs. Liquid Smoke

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

  • 1 cup bbq sauce of your choice (I use hickory smoke)


  • 1.

    Mix brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic, salt, pepper and cajun seasoning, rub on pork ribs, let sit for 1-3 hours.

  • 2.

    Grill, baste with ample amount of bbq sauce.


Serve With Chips or Full Boiled / Backed Potato and a side salad if you would like...

3 Tbs - that's a lot of liquid smoke! Don't wanna offend your tastebuds but is that right?

well the best thing to come out of u.s.a. ! as it says liquid with natural hickory flavor. you can buy here in aus from u.s.a. foods melbourne

You are right opps i made a boo boo just as well you saw that i have now fixed it to 1 tablespoon :)
