This is so simple, but so delicious as a simple canape. Make sure you buy the best ingredients (there are only a few and it's worth the splurge!)
Tear the buffalo mozzarella into bite-size pieces.
Wrap each piece in some proscuitto.
Just before serving drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
